Bryndli Peak
Mürren's local mountain and a proper adventure. Follow the North Face Trail through alpine meadows, past the Sprutz waterfall and up to Spielbodenalp, then climb steeply to the Bryndli summit on a narrow path partly secured with ropes. The final section is exposed and requires sure footing — but the 360° panorama at the top is your reward. Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau in one direction, the Schilthorn in the other. This hike is only recommended in good weather and for those comfortable on steep, exposed terrain.
Highlight
The summit view — a full 360° panorama of the Jungfrau massif. You will feel like you genuinely earned it.
Laura's Tip
Only attempt this in clear, dry weather — the upper path is exposed and becomes dangerous when wet. Start early to avoid afternoon cloud building around the summit.
